I am starting my running health journey again. Life is slowing down, and I need to do this for myself.
I deserve to feel good about myself. Running helps me clear my head and just listen to the music and my feet hitting the treadmill or pavement.
So here we go.
My friend said if you are starting again to try just going for a specific time and not worry about miles, that it will come in time. Bump up the time you run little by little.
So I did that today. Ran almost for 10 minutes straight. After not running for almost six months, this surprised me! I am so proud of myself. I'd I make myself do it every day or at least 5 times a week, I think I can be better than I was.
I will use this to make myself accountable.
Let's do this!!!
